The job, in brief
We are looking for someone who takes pleasure in ensuring the smooth flow of work through a creative business. Who does it with flair, allocating the right work to the right people at the right time. We need you to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping the ball. Be obsessively proactive and organised, yet able to flex to meet the curveballs thrown daily in a busy client services business.
You’re good at working with and motivating people without being a pushover. And you’re comfortable to apply the screws when needed to ensure neither deadlines nor quality slip.
Commercially savvy, you’re dedicated to continuously seeking new approaches to improve processes.
The experience we’d like you to have:
Required
• 3+ years’ experience as a workflow and resource manager in a creative agency
• A strong understanding of the roles within a creative studio and how best to align individuals’ Helpful skills with project requirements.
Helpful
• Experience managing studio teams across different time zones.
What you’ll do day to day
You’ll be working as part of a team of in-house designers, artworkers, animators, video editors, developers, project managers, copywriters, and consultants to deliver (primarily) digital marketing campaigns. You will manage the flow of tasks through the studio, allocating resources, including freelance talent, to deliver projects on time and within budget. You’ll support the creative director and senior studio team by ensuring everyone follows due process to deliver outstanding creative work.
Once resource is allocated, you’ll work with our consultants and project managers to brief in projects, ensuring everyone knows what they are doing, why and when. And you’ll run regular studio stand-ups to check everything’s on track and troubleshoot if not. You’ll report on the status of multiple concurrent projects to multiple stakeholders daily, sometimes hourly, to get the job done.
Thinking ahead, you’ll proactively meet with consultants and project managers to understand resourcing needs and take responsibility for pipeline management and the processes that support it. You’ll attend weekly meetings with senior studio and account team members to discuss and prioritise upcoming projects.
Last, you must keep current on workflow management best practices and evolving industry trends, standards and technologies. And, of course, we’ll want you to share your knowledge with your colleagues, refining or overhauling the process as needed.

The job, in brief
We are looking for someone who cares about the craft of writing well. Who is insatiably curious and won’t settle for work that makes a reader’s eyes glaze over.
We are not a content mill. We create campaigns and bespoke marketing for the biggest names in tech–and they know the difference.
You will need to understand an audience and what makes them tick. How to use tone of voice to cut through the noise and strike a connection. And the ability to grasp the highly technical and turn it human.
This is not a role for a long-form copywriter. Typically, the longest thing you’ll write is an email, so your skill at creating headlines, taglines, and perfect turns of phrase will be hugely important to your success.
The experience we’d like you to have:
Required
• General B2B marketing and creative copywriting or journalism background
• Three or more years of short-form copywriting, ideally in a marketing/ creative agency
• A quick study who can translate dense marketing and technical content into clear, compelling content
Helpful
• Experience covering technology, software, or similar
• Knowledge of architecture, engineering, construction, design, or media production would help us work on one of our busiest accounts
• Familiar with creating content within templated websites or CMS systems
• Experience or desire to work on pitching/conceptual work a plus
What you’ll do day to day
Reporting to the senior digital copywriter, your typical day will be writing lead-generation campaigns. That includes (but won’t be limited to) landing pages, short-form hero pieces and traffic-driving assets like banner ads and paid social posts.
You will also get the chance to get involved in conceptual work, supporting our creative team of designers, artworkers and video editors in developing campaigns.
