Moji studied as a graphic designer and has lived and worked in London since 2009. He was head of the graphic design team for a global education charity before joining Catalysis in 2015, where he’s been involved in many types of projects. He’s developed suites of asset templates for sales enablement, created beautiful design for content and social media, and even invented characters for animation projects.

Rachel is passionate about emerging technologies, with experience in the worlds of AI and augmented reality. Originally from the USA, she has supported a wide variety of global clients in project management and account management roles. Outside of the office, Rachel likes to put her interest in trivia to good use and can often be found taking part in a pub quiz.
Lauren Bishop Vranch
Lauren has 13 years’ experience in B2B tech marketing, with a focus on data centre, cloud and enterprise software clients. She loves to create and deliver global integrated marketing campaigns and write about the latest technology trends. Outside of work, you can find Lauren on nature hikes, sampling beer in London and Portland breweries and trying to befriend cats.
Emily helps our clients build engaging end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns. Her background is video journalism so she’s always looking for the key story to tell and loves working with a big team to develop innovative content that pushes the boundaries of marketing creative. Emily has visited 64 countries and plans to complete the 7 modern wonders of the world with her upcoming trip to China.
Andy Dalle Laste
Andy has experience working in branding, visual identity and digital product design. Since joining Catalysis, he has led projects covering UI/UX design, prototyping, responsive and interactive web experiences. Andy has an MA in Graphic Design at the University of the Arts London, but also studied in Brazil, Lisbon and New York. He’s a board games enthusiast.
Head of Design
With over 10 years’ experience in visual communication and advertising, Timothy heads up our design studio. He grew up between the USA and Germany, and before moving to London in 2012 he worked for various agencies in Europe. Timothy holds an MA in communication design from Central Saint Martins, where he wrote his dissertation about the intersection of code and design.
Charlie has six years’ experience in marketing, in both agency and in-house teams. She specialises in delivering integrated digital and creative projects for some of our largest clients, with a focus on measuring and optimising to continuously improve marketing outcomes. Despite being a skilled copywriter, Charlie refuses to write her own bio.
Senior Program Manager
Sam has 15 years’ experience as a project and program manager, where her perfectionism and attention to detail have found the ideal outlet. Her career highlight was meeting Professor Stephen Hawking while working on a customer reference program in 2011. In her spare time, Sam enjoys the arts and once performed at the Royal Albert Hall.
Pip is a multidisciplinary designer, skilled at bringing together digital, editorial, illustration, web design, 3D and animation. She loves to experiment with future trends in digital art and push the way we experience design in the virtual, augmented and mixed reality worlds. Pip has a BA in Design Futures and outside of work can sometimes be found brewing her own beer.
Originally from Brazil, Everson has worked with clients around the world, gaining wide-ranging experience of software development methodologies over the last 15 years. He’s an AI enthusiast and prides himself on always trying to anticipate problems before they occur.
Lead Motion Graphics Designer
Emanuele is a designer, creative and animator with experience in visual effects, 3D and interactive experiences across the cinematic and commercial industries. Over the past eight years, he has collaborated with directors and agencies working with some of the most famous brands in the world. He enjoys developing a unique aesthetic to tell the story of each client.
Peter has 30 years’ experience in B2B marketing. He works closely with clients on strategy, messaging and creative projects, and advises and helps Catalysis’ day-to-day management team. Peter is leading the company’s longer-term strategy and global expansion.
Will has five years’ experience in marketing, with particular expertise in running client campaigns on AI and financial services. He leads Catalysis’s developer relations program and has built a wealth of data on this unique and specific audience. Will is currently exploring how social listening tools can help clients to be more effective in meeting their marketing goals.
Deputy Managing Director
Kat has 15 years’ marketing experience covering a range of disciplines from events to analyst relations to copywriting. Currently, she specialises in campaign and content strategy development for global integrated digital campaigns. Kat attributes her decade-long tenure at Catalysis to the amazing team and inspiring clients who always keep us challenged. She has a degree from Oxford in Egyptology and Classics.
In addition to acting as a content strategist on a number of accounts, Beth heads up social strategy and content creation across Catalysis. Having initially dreamt of being a farmer, and then a musician (she studied at London’s Royal Academy of Music), she eventually found her calling in marketing. Her favourite pastime is eating chips (or fries, when she’s in the US).
